SignalX is a browser extension that assists users in composing and posting replies on X (formerly Twitter) by providing AI-assisted reply suggestions, refinement tools, and feed filtering features directly within the X interface.

SignalX does not post content automatically. All actions require explicit user interaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using SignalX, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the Service under applicable laws.

4. Accounts and Access

SignalX requires account registration and a Premium subscription to use its core features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

Violate the terms of service of X or any other third-party platform
Engage in spam, harassment, abuse, or deceptive practices

SignalX utilizes third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to provide its features. Parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You are granted access to paid features for the duration of that subscription plan (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly).

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Privacy and Data Storage

SignalX is designed to store user data locally on your device whenever possible. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is handled.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.
